About Mr. Wang

Jianxia Wang studied from 2003 to 2007 at the Beijing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics majoring in Aircraft Design and Engineering at School of Astronautics. From 2007 till 2009 he finished his master’s degree in Engineering Mechanics in School of Aerospace. During his education he specialized in Aircraft Design. Soon after his education Mr. Wang started his career at the Commercial Aircraft Corporation of China, Ltd. After that he worked for two years at the AVIC Commercial Aircraft Engine Co. Ltd. Thanks to his education and career history he owns a profound knowledge on the research fields of Composite structures design and analysis, Methodology development and validation for mechanically fastened composite joints and allowable test of aircraft composite structures. Since 2016 he is part of the SLA team and responsible for the following practice areas: Mechanically fastened composite joints and Aircraft Composite structures design and analysis.
